BOOKING & Cancellation Policy

To confirm a tour with us, a small deposit is required, which can be paid via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of pick-up, to be given to your driver in euros, or the equivalent in dollars or dirhams.

Can I pay the full amount with PayPal?

We usually request the balance in cash because PayPal charges transaction fees and may have operational delays, being a global platform.

In some cases, we can accept the full payment via PayPal, but a 5% fee will apply to cover additional transaction costs. If you plan to use this method, it’s best to arrange the payment before the tour begins.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the start date of your experience.
