Continue toward the world-famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its traditional earthen architecture and its appearance in many films such as Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and the TV series Game of Thrones.
After visiting the Kasbah, head to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert,” and enjoy free time for lunch. The journey continues through the Skoura palm grove toward the Rose Valley, famous for its annual Rose Festival held each May. Finally, drive to Boumalne Dades, where you will have dinner and spend the night in a charming hotel or riad.

After breakfast, explore the breathtaking Dades Valley, with its spectacular rock formations and lush landscapes. Continue toward the dramatic Todra Gorges, where the Todra River has carved a deep canyon through towering red cliffs — a paradise for nature lovers and photographers. Take a leisurely walk through the gorge and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before continuing through the Touroug and Tinjdad palm groves, with free time for lunch along the way.
In the afternoon, reach the golden dunes of the Merzouga Sahara Desert. Ride camels across the dunes as the sun sets, painting the desert in golden and orange tones. Arrive at your luxury desert camp, where you’ll experience traditional Berber music and dance around the campfire beneath a star-filled sky. Dinner and overnight stay in the camp.

Ride camels back to Merzouga to meet your driver, then travel toward Rissani, the ancient capital of Tafilalet, known for its vibrant traditional market held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Continue to Erfoud, famous for its fossil workshops, before driving along the scenic Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views.
